Education at Home

1. Choose how you want to study: 

a. 1 to 1 Online Peer or Teacher Tutoring  

b. Online Study Group (4-7 students)

2. Sessions take place online using Zoom.

3. Students fill out a session organizer to showcase what they need to learn, what they want to practice, and what they know.  

We utilize tools from the science of learning

a. retrieval practice (recalling to mind)

b. spacing (going back and reviewing what you've learned

c. feedback driven metacognition (knowing what you know and what you don't)

d. interleaving (putting similar concepts together that require different strategies)

Our team is here to support you and each other! We use the strength of peer to peer interaction and professional teachers. Our peer tutors are trained and supported. There is always a certified teacher present overseeing each session.
